BODY AND FORM

This collection is inspired by my personal travel experiences in India. I am intrigued by the local ancient, but inventive ways of wearing and carrying products, wrapped and stacked on their bodies. The extravagance of added objects unknowingly decorate the wearers body. By their presence in colour, size and repetition, they play part in the silhouette and perception of the body itself.

With the extravagance of worn objects and the unknowing elegance of the wearer in mind, I have designed an accessories collection existing of handbags and jewelry. Questioning not only the relation between body and product, but also the identity of the accessory itself. The collection consists of commercial and more extravagant pieces.
